Refund & Return Policy

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Refunds are only issued in the case of a confirmed defective or incorrect item received. All claims must be submitted within the same day of delivery, and items must remain unused, with original packaging and tags intact. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping or delivery costs incurred, including those related to exchanges or re-delivery. To start a return, message us on WhatsApp or email info@shopthebalancetheory.com with your order number. Return shipping is arranged with you directly. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
